摘要
采用盾构法在某江底隧道施工过程中,左线盾构机由于受江底上软下硬地层和刀盘严重磨损等影响,掘进速度异常缓慢,要对刀盘进行修复。为达到敞开式开仓修复刀盘条件,决定从右线对左线盾构机前方地层进行提前加固;同时在合理的位置,从右线开挖通道进入左线,提前进行刀盘修复洞室的开挖。从施工平面布置和主要施工工序、施工前的准备工作、盾构机前方地层加固等8个方面介绍了江底地层加固和刀盘修复洞室施工方法以及施工中应注意的问题。
In the construction of river bottorm tunnel by shielding method, the shield machine is usually affected by the ground of soft and hard layers and the serious wear damage of cutter head, which requires frequent repairing. In order to open the pressurized chamber for cutter head repairing, this technology is adopted to consolidate the river-bed ground and to construct the cutter head repairing cavern. The author maintains that this technology has achieved a perfect effect.
