三部推拿法治疗心脾两虚型不寐的临床及机理研究

Clinical and Mechanism Study on Three Parts Massage in Treating Insomnia with Type of Deficiency of Both Heart and Spleen

目的:对“三部推拿法”治疗心脾两虚型不寐进行多中心临床评价,系统整理和规范化研究,并探讨其治疗机理。方法:设定总样本量200例,采用多中心、随机、对照方法,与归脾丸治疗对照。结果:两组综合疗效比较,差异有极显著性,P<0.01,实验组优于对照组。结论:三部推拿法治疗心脾两虚型不寐的疗效确切,方法安全,具有可操作性和推广价值。通过研究证实其治疗机理主要是“调畅气机而安神”。头、腹、背三部手法共施,使人体气机调畅,上下通达,心肾相交,阴阳调和,神自安宁,不寐患者自可得以安睡。且经过临床研究,该疗法不仅适用于心脾两虚型不寐,对其他各型不寐也有较好的疗效。

Objective： To carry on multicentric clinical evaluation, systemic unscrambling and normalization study of three parts massage treating insomnia with type of deficiency of both the heart and spleen, and explore its therapeutic mochanism. Methods： Two hundred cases of total sample size patients were set, adopting multicentre, random and contrast methods; the massage group was compared with the Guipi Pellet Group. Results： The synthetic curative effect of two groups were compared, there was extremely significant difference, cured rate and the total effective rate in the massage group were significantly higher than the medicine group （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The therapy of three parts massage can increases the clinical therapeutic effect on insomnia as well. The result indicates that the therapy of three parts massage adjusts activities of qi to calms the nerves. Manipulation on the head, chest and back of patient can adjust activities of qi in human body, harmony the functions of the heart and kidney keeping in balance and harmony between yin and yang which make patients sleep peacefully. What＇ s more, it is not only used to treat type of deficiency of both the heart and spleen of insomnia but also other types of insomnia. It is superior to the medicine therapy . At present, it is one of the best therapies for insomnia.
