氨哮素雾化吸入对哮喘儿童血液淋巴细胞β肾上腺素能受体的影响

摘要 目的:研究雾化吸入氨哮素对哮喘儿童血液淋巴细胞β受体的影响。方法:采用放射配基结合分析法和异丙基肾上腺素刺激实验。结果:哮喘儿童的β受体数目(Bmax)和功能(cAMP)及肺功能(PEFR)较健康儿童显著下降;雾化吸入氨哮素5d后肺功能明显改善,但并不损伤β受体的数目和功能。结论:短期内雾化吸入治疗剂量的第3代β2受体激动剂不会出现低敏感现象。 To investigate the influence of inhalation of clenbuterol on beta-adrenoceptors of peripheral lymphocytes in asthmatic children. METHODS: The radioligand binding assays and ISO-stimulated assays were used. RESULTS: The density (Bmax) and the function (cAMP) of beta-adrenergic receptors in asthmatic children and their lung function (PEFR)were significantly decreased compared with those of healthy individuals. After inhalation of clenbuterol for 5 days,a significant improvement of lung function was shown,and damage of the density and the function of beta-adrenoceptors was not found. CONCLUSIONS: No subsensitization was found during a short-term inhalation of the third generation β2-agonist at a therapeutic dose.
