我国东西部地区建筑业发展的差距与对策

The Construction Industry:Gap between Eastern and Western Regions and Development Approach

根据统计资料,本文对近年我国东西部地区建筑业企业总体运营状况、建筑产业结构特征、生产力水平、企业利润情况等方面进行了分析。研究表明,与东部相比,西部地区建筑业企业存在产值规模小、专业化水平低、建筑业企业所有制多元化程度滞后、企业利润和劳动生产率偏低等问题。西部地区建筑业企业应抓住全社会对建筑业需求较大和西部大开发的机遇,加快建筑业企业改制、鼓励非公有制经济的发展、学习东部地区先进的管理经验、吸引人才。

Based on the statistics, this paper gives a comparative analysis of the general business status, the construction industry structure, the productivity level and the profit of enterprises to the construction enterprises in the east and west regions of China. This study shows that, compared with those in the east, the west construction enterprises have a smaller size of the produce value of construction, a lower specialization level, and few patterns of ownership of the construction enterprises. The profits and productivity of the west construction enterprises also fall behind. The west construction firms should seize the opportunities such as the enlarged market demand and the favorable policy to reform the patterns of the ownership of the construction firms, encourage the development of the non-stateowned enterprises, learn the management experience of the east and attract talented person.
