摘要
本文简要介绍了新的建筑规程的产生背景和基本概念,结合工业发达国家的实践经验分析了性能化建筑规程的优越性、局限性和适用条件,并针对我国如何科学对待和推行性能化建筑规程的问题提出了若干建议。
The background and the lessons from developed countries are framework of new building regulations are briefly introduced. The summarized and reviewed.Compared with traditional prescriptive-based construction regulations, their advantages and limitations as well as application conditions are analyzed. Some suggestions that involve how performance-based building regulations should be correctly treated and implemented in China are proposed.
