三种硝苯地平制剂治疗高血压病的疗效比较

A Comparison Study of Effects of Three Nifedipine Preparations on Primary Hypertension

目的：比较三种不同的硝苯地平制剂（普通片、缓释片、控释片）口服治疗高血压病的疗效和副作用。方法：普通片１０ｍｇ，每日３次；缓释片２０ｍｇ，每日２次；控释片３０ｍｇ，每日１次。结果：三种制剂降压无明显差异。控释片副反应发生率最低，普通片副反应发生率最高。结论：硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压疗效肯定，副作用较少。

To study the effects and side-effects of three nifidipine preparations (common tablet, slow-release tablet and controlled-release tablet) on primary hypertension. DOSAGE: Common tablet 10 mg,t. i. d., slow-release tablet 20 mg, b. i. d., controlled-release tablet 30mg,q. d.,RESULTS: NO difference in reducing blood pressure was presented in three preparations. The lowest incidence of side-effect was found in patients who received the controlled-tabllets and the highest one in patients who received the common tablets.CONCLUSIONS: Controlled-release tablet of nifidipine has a good effect in reducing blood pressure and a lower side-effect incidence.
