摘要
本文介绍了用微型计算机控制适用于温度≤1650℃以下的高、中、低发热元件的各种温度电炉的高精度控制系统。该系统在各种高温实验室、物理检验,热处理,陶瓷等行业中使用证明;其是一种控温准确(精度≤±1℃),性能稳定,操作方便,适应性强的高精度温度控制系统;且降低能耗和延长炉体使用寿命都具有重要的意义。因此,该系统具有广泛的推广价值。
This paper introduces a high accuracy temperature control system that is consisted by microcomputer, and in which the heating component used is appliced ≤1650℃. This system may used in some areas as heat treation, physical determination and high temperature laboratory ,etc. It was proved that it is a high accuracy temperature control system with exact temperature control (accuracy≤±1℃), stable function, easily operation and extensive applicability, so these have important meaning and widespread applied value to decrease comsumption of energy and prolong available life of the furnace.
