摘要
根据连续式轧钢加热炉的特点和工艺条件,将智能控制思想应用于加热炉燃烧过程控制,分析了加热炉的计算机控制系统的结构和功能,该系统主要由直接数字控制(DDC)和监督控制(SCC)二级组成。实时控制结果表明,这种控制系统是可行的,能够收到满意的控制效果,该系统在工业炉窑控制中取得了明显的经济和社会效益。
Aimed at the feature and crafts condition of continuous steel rolling furnace, this paper describes some instance and peculiarity of the intelligent control ideas apply to the controlling of furnace heating, and introduces the construction and function of the computer control system-consist of two level DDC and SCC. The facts shows that the controlling way is feasible and the controlling effect is satisfactory, This system has attained significant economic and social benefit.
