摘要
本文介绍了一种定氧加铝自动控制系统。本系统采用光电传感器作为反馈信号,改变了以往采用变频器调节电机速度的开环控制方式,并通过算法软件建立模型,自动控制加铝量,达到减少钢水中的杂质,提高钢产品质量的目的。系统结构已申请实用新型专利。
A kind of model controlling system for aluminium feeding and oxygen detecting is summarized in this thesis. In this system, a photodiode sensor is used to produce feedback signal, and model is established by arithmetic software. It has changed open-loop control mode which adopted transducer to regulate motor speed. Consequently, the feeding quantity of aluminium can be controlled automatically by the system. The structure has been applied for patent.
