摘要
本文根据传统PID控制技术,结合模糊控制理论,设计出模糊PID控制器,并用它完成对火灾实验炉温度的控制。详细分析了PID参数整定原理,模糊PID控制器结构原理和设计方法,控制规则库的推理过程,并以工控计算机为硬件控制核心,实现于的建筑火灾实验炉的温度控制中,使得建筑火灾实验炉温度控制完全符合国标GB9978—88的要求。
According to the conventional PID control, combining to the contemporary fuzzy control theory, the fuzzy-controller was be designed and used to control the temperature of fire furnace. This paper discusses and analyzed the PID parameters turning methods in detail as well as the constructions and designed method of fuzzy-PID controller, the process of control rules. The temperature control of the fire furnace was realized and met the standards of IS0834.to the by this controller with hardware of industrial control computer.
