摘要
构建了一种化工产品的集成控制系统,该系统由一台工业控制机、一台数字仿真机和多台下位机组成。系统利用生产现场数据进行仿真计算,将仿真计算结果与实际生产结果进行对比,找出影响生产的主要因素,基于主要因素建立广义ARMA预测——控制模型,利用该模型对产品质量进行预测,为确定和修改产品控制参数和控制策略提供依据。实际生产情况表明,该仿真控制系统对于稳定产品的煅烧温度,改善产品质量产生了明显的效果。
Constructed an integrated-system of chemical product process control with computer simulation, which make up by one industry controlling machine ,one computer simulation machine and one sets of PLC. Computer utilizes the measuring data of the production to carry on process simulation , and compares with the simulation results with actual production process results. Through computer simulation, we have found out the main influenced factors of products. We also have set up the prediction-control model on the basis of the main factors. The actual result indicate, prediction-control model has stabilized the temperature of calcinations, improved the quality of products.
