基于变频技术的离心浇铸机监控系统

摘要 介绍了基于变频技术的离心浇铸机控制系统的硬件系统构成和主要功能,给出了系统的控制思想和监控画面设计。针对离心浇铸机两驱动辊在运行过程中既要保持同步,又要保证两台电机的负荷平衡的问题,提出了一种基于变频器主从控制方式的双闭环控制系统。实践证明,该方法简单易行,解决了以往控制系统中负荷分配不均匀的问题。 This paper introduces the hardware system structure and main functions of monitoring system of centrifugal casting machines based on frequency conversion technology. It also presents the control thoughts of the system and the design of monitoring screen. In view of the fact that the two drive rollers of the centrifugal casting machine must keep synchronous when running and the fact that loads of the two electric motors must keep balance, the paper puts forward a double closed loop control system based on the principal and subordinate control mode of frequency conversion technology. The practice shows that this method is simply practical and "overcomes the variance of load distribution which existed in former control systems.
