摘要
本文采用基于Labview的虚拟仪器技术,设计完成了一套具有GMR效应的样品的H—R曲线虚拟仪器测试系统,通过IEEE488总线对两个数字电压表的控制,利用样品在连续变化的磁场中电阻的变化趋势,测量出该样片的GMR效应,测量精度高、速度快、测试界面直观、友好。
A set of virtual instrument system based on Labview for measuring the H-R curve of the simple with GMR effect is designed in this paper.The control for the two digital voltage meters is realized by the IEEE488 bus.The GMR characteristic is measured based on the ehanging-dicrection of the simple's resistance in the magnetic field which has a linearity-continuous change . The measurement is of high precision and of high speed. The man-machine interface is direct and friendly.
