基于PLC的发电机故障录波系统

A generator fault record system based on PLC

本文介绍了一种记录发电机故障数据并用波形显示出来的方法。它利用了PLC及其配套的模拟量扩展模块进行数据采集和转换,将故障前后的数据保存在PLC中。在VB环境下实现计算机与PLC的串行通讯,读取PLC中保存的故障数据并用图形显示出来。实践证明,该系统图形界面友好,可靠性高,操作方便,应用效果好。

This paper introduces a kind of method by which we can record fault data of generator and display in figure. It makes use of PLC and its analogue expansion module to collect and convert the fault data and store them in a PLC. Through the serial communication with PLC in VB, the computer read the fault data stored in the PLC and display in figure. It proved that the system has characteristics such as friendly interface, high reliability, easy operation and good application effect etc.
