摘要
多年调节水库年末消落水位的合理控制是保证水库(群)长期正常运用的关键。为此,在分析多年调节水库发电量与水库蓄能关系的基础上,建立了确定其年末消落水位的多目标决策模型,通过该模型的求解,可以在给定权重下一次性得到多年调节水库的年末水位及相应的最优发电策略,为最终决策提供依据。
It is very important to decide the year-end level of a multi-year regulating storage reservoir in order to ensure the long-term normal operation of reservoirs. In this paper, a muhi-ohjective model for the decision of the year-end level of a multi-year regulating storage reservoir is made on the basis of analyzing the relationship of power generation and the stored energy in the reservoir. With this model, the optimal year-end level and corresponding discharge series can be obtained when the weights are given. Finally, a example is given to show its effectiveness in real operation.
