摘要
混凝土的胶凝材料用量及温控措施直接影响工程质量和造价,结合龙滩大坝工程实际,通过温度应力仿真计算,重点分析胶凝材料用量减少及配合比优化后温度应力和剪应力的变化,得到胶凝材料减少后,大坝的抗剪安全系数仍可满足设计要求,抗裂能力也没有降低的结论。
The cement amount and temperature control measures of concrete will directly affect the quality and cost of the project. In combination with the actual conditions of Longtan Dam Project and on the basis of the simulation calculation of temperature stresses, this paper stresses on the analysis of the changes of temperature stresses and shear stress after the reduction of cement amount and the optimization of mix proportion. The results showed that after the reduction of cement amount, the shear safety coefficient of the dam could satify the requirements of design and the anti-crack performance also do not reduce.
