摘要
鲁布革水电站4×150 MW水轮发电机组自投入运行以来,由于运行环境的变化,球阀密封装置密封面局部损坏,漏水逐年增大,球阀开、关困难,直接威胁机组的自动开、停机。在模拟密封环的工作状态下,设计制造了修复密封环的加工机具,采用堆焊—车—研磨的修复方法,克服工件直径大、截面小、加工精度高的困难。修复的密封环于1998年5月30日投入使用至今,运行状况良好,为进口设备配件国产化打下了良好的基础。
Since it was put into operation, the Lubuge Hydropower Station has four 150 MW hydro-generator set. Because its operation environment changes, the local damage in the seal device of global valve increases year by year, which directly threatens the open or stop of generating set automatically. We simulate the tool for designing, manufacturing and repairing seal ring under the conditon of operation and adopts the repair method of welding-turning-- grounding to overcome the difficulties of large diameter, small cross-section and high accuracy. The repaired seal-ring was put into use on May 30 of 1998 and its operation state is good, which lays a good foundation for replacing the imported equipment by the homemade equipment.
