东南亚六国水能开发与建设情况

Prospects of the Hydropower Development and Construction in the Southeast Countries

国际水力发电杂志对东南亚六国(柬埔寨、老挝、泰国、越南、缅甸和马来西亚)近年来的经济发展状况、水能资源分布及开发现状、国内电力需求增长和国家水电开发战略进行了介绍和分析。分析表明,这几个国家都有着丰富的水能资源,但总体开发程度较低;这些国家目前有着非常好的电力需求市场,发展经济是其共同目标,并把开发水电作为促进国家经济和社会发展的重要战略之一,而跨国开发和引进资金也是该地区水电开发的重要特色。东南亚六国的水电开发展战略为我国水电工作者提供了一个极好的对外发展机遇。

This paper presents the economic development, water resources distribution and its current development, requirements of electric power and strategy of national hydropower deveh）pment in the six southeast countries （Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar and Malaysia）. The analyses show that these countries have vast hydropower resources but with a low development levels except for Thailand and part of Malaysia. There is a very good power requirement market and the development of economy is the common goal in these countries. The hydropower development is the one of the important strategy to promote the national economy and social development in these countries, China is the largest country on the hydropower development in the world. The hydropower development strategy in these six countries provides a very good opportunity for China to develop overseas.
