摘要
收集我院１９８０年～１９９５年６月间经手术，病理或随访证实的良性梗阻性黄疸病例４６８例。重点就胆管造影表现、鉴别诊断和胆管造影对良性梗阻性黄疸的诊断价值进行讨论。
This paper reports 468 cases of benign obstructive jaundice verified by operation,pathological examination or follow-up from 1980 to Jun. 1995. The choledochographic findings,the differential diagnosis and the diagnostic value of choledochography in benign obstructive jaundice are discussed.
