摘要
本文在分析超声波探伤原理基础上,提出了设计数字式探伤仪的新思路和所需考虑的问题,并给出了实现超声波探伤方案的硬件、软件设计系统框图和编程方法,同时介绍了PC/104的性能和特点。
The article has put forward the new thinking of designing digital ultrasonic flaw detector and questions paid attendon to on the basis of analyzing the principle of ultrasonic wave flaw detection, provide the hardware scheme of ultrasonic flaw detection, the software design of system diagram and programming method. At the same time, it introduces the performance and characteristic of PC/104.
