摘要
学风不良历来是社会发展中的毒素,极大地毒化着社会的良好风尚并阻碍人们的敬业精神、务实求真心态与行为的形成。考察学风的历史变化既可以窥视出学风良劣的主要影响因素,也可为学风内容的构建提供有益的启示。构建现代社会所需要的良好学风,要以史为鉴,需要以历史的责任感去建立并促进社会良性发展所需要的良好环境,为整体社会与组织的健康发展提供内在的不竭动力。
The bad academic atmosphere and dicipline is always the toxin in the social development, which enormously poisons good social custom, hinders the people's professional spirit, damages their sincerity and the good behavior formation. Studying its historical changes will find the factors that affect its quality and also offer some helpful instructions to its contents. Constructing a good academic atmosphere and dicipline which the modern society needs must rely on history, and require a good environment with the historical sense of responsibility which the promotion of social benignity development needs. In this way it will provide intrinsic power for the healthy development of society and organizations.
