基础教育艺术课改对音乐师资的整体素质要求

摘要 基础教育艺术课改的综合趋势,使中小学的艺术教育观念发生了深刻的变化,并出现教学目的的综合性,教学内容的鲜活性、教学方式的开放性、师生关系的平等、和谐性和教学评价的人文化、个性化等五个方面的特征。随之,也对中小学的音乐教师提出了“一专多能的综合型”、“反思型”、“创新型”与“合作型”的整体素质要求。高校的音乐教育专业必须适应基础教育艺术课改的新趋势和新变化。 The comprehensive tendency of basic art - course reform causes a profound changes in the art educational concept in middle and primary schools. The comprehensiveness of the teaching aim, the freshness of the teaching material, the open mode of teaching, the equalness and the harmoniousness of the relationship between students and teachers appear. Thus come the new requairments to teachers: expert in one thing and good at many, reflection, inovation and cooperation. Music educationin college must cater to the new tendency and change in basic art reform.
