大学生诚信缺失现象的分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasure of the Phenomenon about the Loss of Honesty and Credit of University students

诚信是维护市场经济的灵魂,是任何一个国家、社会参与国际竞争的道德资本。可是,在当今的大学校园却出现了不同程度的诚信缺失现象,主要表现在学业、经济、就业和品行四个方面。高校的思想政治工作者必须深切关注,认真分析产生这种现象的原因,从基本道德规范教育、制度保障等方面对大学生进行诚信教育,把他们培养成社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人。

Honesty and credit is the soul of tesafeguard the market economy. It is a moral capital which can help the country take part in the international competition. But nowadays the phenomena of lacking honesty and credit appear on campus, which are mainly shown in four as- pects： study, economy, employment and morality. The educators in colleges and universities, who go in for the education of ideology and morality, should concern and analyze why these phenomena appear. They should go in for the education of honesty and credit from some aspects, which should include basic moral education, the guarantee of the social system, social practice and so on. They should try their best to make the college students become qualified constructors and successors of the socialism.
