摘要
通过介绍广播电视中心800m2演播厅智能舞台的研制过程,详细论述了舞台台面运动控制系统的设计与实现。应用西门子S7-200 PLC与机电液一体化技术实现舞台的升降、旋转、升降旋转、伸缩、伸缩升降等运动。针对舞台运动要求,提出了8块活动舞台运动控制的配置方案,完成了舞台台面的控制系统设计。现场实践证明该设计方案控制效果良好。
Based on the research on an intelligent satge with 8001112 of one brocasting ＆ TV center, this paper illustrates the design and realization of the control system of board motions. By Simens s7-200 and the integrated technology of mechanism, electricity and hydraumatic, the motions of elevation, rotation, dilation, rotation and elevation, and dilation and elevation are implemented. Aimed to the requests of the stage motion, the configuration project for 8 movable stages is presented, and the design of board control svstem is finished. The on-site practice shows that is good.
