摘要
超声技术对骺软骨生长板的检测,对骨发育年龄的鉴定引起一些议论,系统地研究超声技术与方法,不仅需要了解其技术路线与主要参数,掌握好超声骨龄仪的性能与特性,同时也必须清楚检测部位的各项组织生理学特征。本文就骺软骨的组织学特点与超声速值的关联性开展讨论,根据骨与骨骺之间的组织学区别,以便更清楚地分析超声检测技术在骺软骨发生、发育过程中的作用和变化规律。
The use of Ultrasonic BonAge technology has brought about some disputes. In order to make a further study on the technology, we need not only to know its technical ways and main parameters, master the function and specific property of the device, but also have a clear understanding of the histological characteristics of the physical parts tested. The article discusses the correlation between SOS and the histological characteristics of epiphyses. According to the difference between bone and epiphyses, the paper tries to analyze the function and variation law of Ultrasonic BonAge relating to the development of epiphyses.
