旅游高等教育培养的人才要满足知识经济时代旅游业发展的需要,教育教学改革的重点应该是实行课程理念的转变和课程体系的重构以及与之相对应的教学模式的转型;减少课程课堂讲授的时间,变知识灌输为教学与科研、教学与实践结合,引导学生在“学习中研究”、“在实践中学习”,通过对实践教学在空间、时间及深度上的拓宽,使受教育者在实践教学环节施展和挖掘潜能的时间更长、空间更广、自由度增大,从而达到创新教育的目的。

The higher- educated talents in tourism should satisfy the development of tourism in knowledge economieal time. The key point of educational reform would be the change of curriculum idea and the reconstruction of curriculum system, as well as the transformation of teaching pattern. To reduce teaching time during class, exchange the cram teaching method into the unification of teaching and the scientific research, as well as the practice, in order to guide the students to study in research and practice, so as to give more time, broader space and freedom for the educated persons to display and excavate their potential energy by widening space, time and depth of practice training for the aim of the innovation education.
