摘要
河北省三次产业的产出结构和投入结构均是以第二产业为主体的“刚性结构,”第三产业对河北经济的渗透力较低。在第二产业内部,制造业占最大比重,成为拉动河北经济增长的主要力量,其中,钢铁、建材等资金密集型产业产出比重较高,而通信设备、计算机及其他电子设备制造业等技术密集型产业产出比重偏低,投入不足。加大高新技术产业的投入,推动制造业技术结构升级,是河北省产业结构优化的主要途径。
The analysis of input-output table shows that, the output and input structures of three industries in Hebei province are all ＂rigid structures＂that the secondary industry is in a leading position. The tertiary industry has lower penetration in the economy of Hebei province. Inside the secondary industry, manufacturing which has the biggest proportion has been the main dynamic force to pull the economic growth. And capital intensive industry, such as steel,building materials, has a higher proportion of output, but technique intensive industry, such as communication equipment, computer and other electronic equipment manufacturing has insufficient input and lower proportion of output. Increased investment of high and new technology industry,promotion of upgrading technology structure of manufacturing, may be the main way to optimize the industrial structure.
