摘要
人力资源管理职能外包是一种管理创新,作为一种重要的战略经营工具,正被越来越多的公司关注并采用,它将成为未来人力资源管理的新趋势。人力资源管理外包具有优势并存在潜在的风险,精心策划外包项目、选择外包的服务商并、减少外包带来的人事震荡对企业成功地实施该战略非常重要。
Nowadays, economic development tends to be more and more globalized and current originalities in management field would become tomorrow's experience of enterprises in China. The outsourcing of human resource function is a management creation, as an important strategic and operating tool, it is gradually drawing attention to many companies and is put into use, it will be the new trend of human resource management. This paper systematically analyzes merits and potential risks in outsourcing of human resource management. Furthermore, it tries to establish its preliminary viewpoints on how to successfully carry out this strategy as an enterprise.
