农村体育对于我国社会全面发展和农民身心素质提高意义非同小可,发展农村体育非常必要;奥林匹克思想是以西方文明为基础的先进文化,随着我国加入奥运大家庭而广为传播,随着我国社会的转型,奥林匹克文化与传统文化的冲突和整合,农村文化环境的改变,广大农民对奥林匹克思想的逐渐认同,奥林匹克思想在我国农村体育中的文化功能也越来越明显。

Basing on western civilization, Olympic thought, h kind of advanced cuhure, is spread widely in China after we join in the Olympic family. With the social transformation, the confliction and conformity between Olympic culture and traditional culture, the change of cultural condition in rural area, farmers accept the Olympic thought step by step. And the cultural function of Olympic thought is more and more obvious in rural sports.
