Research on Situation of the Social Sports Guide in Jiangsu Province

阐述社会体育指导员在推动群众体育工作开展,落实全民健身工程方面的重要性,在界定人才及人力资源的基础上,对社会体育指导员的人力资源特征作了相关分析,揭示了我省社会体育指导员群体在总量保有,能级分布以及年龄结构上的特征。指出社会体育指导员的兼职问题、待遇问题、分布问题以及工作效能问题是制约其资源效益发挥的主要障碍。

In this paper, the author expounds the importance of the work of social sports guide . By analyzing the concept of talent, the author confines the talent characteristics of social sports guide, and finds out the problem existed in this system.
