俱乐部教学模式下的体育教师素质需求特征分析

The New Quality Request of the PE Teacher in the Club Model

大学生体育俱乐部模式是近几年来我国一些大城市部分普通高校在高校改革探索中,学习外国先进经验,结合本校实际建立和发展起来的,并已显示出其强盛的生命力。就体育教师在俱乐部模式下教学所具备的新素质要求进行讨论旨在为广大体育教师更好去适应体育俱乐部模式提出自己的看法。

Recently, the college physical education club is developed in the college of many big cities in our country. We studied from the foreign, combined it with the practice of our college, it shows a strong life . This paper discusses the new quality of the PE teacher in the club model, and give my view in order to adapt the PE teachen with the physical education club model.
