摘要
以大学生足球选项班学生为研究对象,在常规教学内容的基础上,实施心理调控训练,观察其对学生在体育考核时心理状态的变化和成绩的影响。结果显示:在体育考核前对大学生进行适当的心理调控,可有效降低学生考核时的焦虑心情,使动作技术完成质量有较大幅度的提高,从而增进体育考核的效果。
Using PE experiment, the author does a research about the psychology effect to the college students who have a exercise under the psychology management. The result shows that some students who have done this kinds of psychology exercise have a lower level of anxiety than the others who have no psychology, and they get a better test result than the others.
