校企共建实训基地的模式与机制创新

The Model of Co-establishing Practising Base of Schools and Enterprises and its Mechanism Reform

高职教育人才培养目标定位决定了实训基地在高职人才培养中的地位和作用,当前许多高职院校存在着实训基地建设资金不足的问题。校企共建实训基地,是实现产学结合、创新人才培养模式的有效途径。校企共建实训基地可以采取企业赞助、连锁经营、创业孵化、企业投资等多种运作模式,从而形成“双赢互动、有效激励”的长效机制。

The orientation of cultivation objective of higher vocational education determines the vital role of practising base in the talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges. However, many colleges have the problem of lacking fund in establishing practicing bases. The co-establishment of practicing base of schools and enterprises is an effective approach of achieving the goal of combining the industry with college, and making reform of the talent cultivation model. It can be conducted by forms of enterprise sponsor, chain management, the cultivation of students＇ ability to starting an undertaking and enterprise investment so as to obtain the stimulating and lasting winwin situation.
