在今后较长时期,巨大的市场需求将对我国住宅业的持续快速发展提供有力支撑。但是,我国住宅业仍然面临较大的供需矛盾,整个产业仍处于粗放增长阶段。因此,加快推进住宅产业化,用现代科技加速改造传统住宅业已刻不容缓。推进住宅产业化应当从产业组织、制度环境和技术创新三方面着手进行。
