Review on the Welfare Policy of Asian 4 Little Dragons after WWⅡ

战后,韩国、新加坡、中国香港和台湾地区一直追求高经济增长,而忽视了社会福利的改善,长期实行低福利政策。在当时的历史条件下,这种政策具有一定的合理性,但同时也给社会带来了一些不良的影响。作为有类似社会背景的中国,自然也能从中获得一些社会福利政策方面的启发。

After the World War Ⅱ , South Korea, Singapore, Hongkong and Taiwan had been in pursuit of an rapid economic growth, neglected the improvement of social welfare, and they still carried out low level welfare policy. On the conditions of the postwar period, the policy was feasible to some extent, but it had resulted in evil effects on society. For China, with the similar society surroundings, it could learn some lessons from their welfare policy.
