英美醉态辩护分为自愿醉态与非自愿醉态。自愿醉态通常只对特定意图的犯罪进行辩护,非自愿醉态则没有这种限制。我国对醉态下犯罪的刑事责任的认识还很肤浅,英美法系的醉态辩护值得我们借鉴。

The defense of drunkenness in the Anglo-American genealogy of law is divided into voluntary intoxication and involuntary intoxication. Voluntary intoxication usually only defends the crimes that have special intent; however, involuntary intoxication doesn＇t have such a confinement. In our country, the cognition of the criminal responsibilities of the crime under drunkenness is still very superficial.
