急性冠脉综合征与金属蛋白酶相关性探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)与急性冠脉综合征粥样斑块破裂之间的相关性。方法 采用随机对照,测定89例不稳定型心绞痛,52例急性心肌梗死患者胸痛发作12-24h内血清基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1),基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的水平。另设健康对照组(n=70)与之对照。结果 急性冠脉综合征患者MMP-1,MMP-9水平较健康对照组明显增高(P〈0.01),且心肌梗死组与不稳定型心绞痛组患者比较差异也有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论 血清MMP-1,MMP-9增高与斑块破裂具有密切的相关性。 Objective To Study the relationship of Matrix metalloproteinase (MMPs) and coronary plaque disruption in acute coronary syndromes(ACS). Methods Detected the concentration of serum Matrix metalloproteinase -9( MMP- 9 )and MMP -1 in patients with unstable angina( UA, n = 89) and acute myocardial infarction (AMI, n = 52 ). The blood samples were drown from venous in the 12 to 24 hours after episode. Compared the levels of MMP - 1 and MMP -9 with normal control group( NS, n = 70). Results The levels of MMP - 1 and MMP -9 in patients with ACS are significant increasing compared with that of control group( P 〈0.01 ) ,and AMI group shows a much higher concentration of MMP - 1 and MMP - 9 than those of UA group, too. ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Serum concentrations of MMP -9 and MMP - 1 have a preferable relation with plaque disruption.
