本文采用薄层扫描法测定芍药甙脉康冲剂中芍药甙的含量，在点样量３．７μｇ～１８．５μｇ范围内点样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为９７．２９％。

This article reprots a method of determination of paeoniflorin in Shaodai Maikang Chongji with TLC scanning method.A linear relation is obtained in the range of 3.7～18.5μg.The average recoveries was 97.29%.
