摘要
本文介绍了地下水库的基本概念,提出了地下水库的储水介质分类法。在完善地下储水空间和水源两个基本建库条件的基础上,补充了地下水库的可持续、环境和生态3个建库条件。文中以王河地下水库为例,提出和介绍了地下水库的动态设计法,并认为地下水库的基本设计理论包括6个方面:地下水库建库理论、地下水水文学理论、地下水库回灌和开采理论、地下水库建筑物设计理论、地下水库环境保护设计和环境影响评价、地下水库经济效益分析和评价。
The concept of groundwater reservoir was introduced and the water-storing medium classification method for groundwater reservoirs was proposed. Based on the analysis on two basic conditions, i.e.water-storing structure and water source, for building groundwater reservoir, three other basic conditions, such as sustainable development condition, environmental condition and ecological condition should be considered. The Wanghe groundwater reservoir was chosen as a case study, the dynamic design method of groundwater reservoir was put forward. The basic design theory of groundwater reservoir should include:theory for building groundwater reservoir, theory of groundwater hydrology, theory of recharge and exploitation of groundwater, design theory of buildings, environment protection design and evaluation of environment impact assessment, economic benefit analysis and evaluation.
