河南省农民慢性病患病现状及影响因素分析

The Analysis of Chronic Disease Prevalence Rate and Risk Factors of He'nan Province Farmer's

目的:掌握河南省农民慢性病患病现状及其影响因素,以期反映河南省农民健康状况与卫生服务需要.为科学合理地制定新型农村合作医疗基金管理方案提供依据。方法:采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法.依照国家卫生服务总调查的设计方法,在河南省18个县开展卫生服务调查,采用 SPSS12.0对调查资料进行统计分析。结果:河南省农民的慢性病患病率为101.88%。不同经济水平、性别、年龄和文化程度等人群的慢性病患病率不同。结论:河南省农民慢性非传染性疾病的患病结构发生了明显的变化。经济水平、性别、年龄和文化程度等人口学因素对慢性病患病有明显的影响。

Objectives： In order to take the rains of farmer＇ s health condition and the present status and influential factors of health service need , and make managerial methods for medical funds of the new country cooperative medical care system. In 2003, we carried out investigation for social economic status, health resources and the medical service demand. Methods： Using SPSS 12.0, this article analyzed the data that shows rates of using clinic medical service inl8 country cooperative medical care system. The farmer of this area was surveyed by stratified-cluster random sampling. The sampling was gained by well-strained investigators though questioning. Results： The prevalence rate of chronic disease of Henan province farmer＇s is 101.88‰. The prevalence rate is different with different economic level, age, gender, and culture background. Conclusion ： In summary, the constitutes of chronic diseases of Henan farmer＇ s has been changed significantly. Economic level, age, gender, and culture background influence the prevalence rate.
