湘扁豆系列RAPD指纹图谱的构建

采用RAPD标记技术对在湖南省主要种植的湘扁豆系列和地方共11个扁豆品种构建指纹图谱,在种子检验中用于鉴别种子真伪,从48条引物中筛选出多态性好、带型稳定的引物12条,检出等位基因17个,片段大小约在100bp至3000bp之间,并利用其中三条引物结果的扩增,建立了湘扁豆系列品种的RAPD指纹图谱及相应的数字指纹,可以区别各个品种．

RAPD Marker Technique is adopted to treat fingerprint of Hunan Province＇s major dolichos lablab including Xiangbiandou dolichos lablab seriers and native material, 11 dolichos lablab material in total, so seed can be identified in seed test. 12 primers with fine multiply and stable bannd were screened from 48 primers and 17alleles were detected, the fragment size is between 100 bp and 3 000 bp,.the RAPD fingerprint and relative figure print of Xiangbiandou dolichos lablab series material were produced. Then different material can be distinguished.
