摘要
介绍了一种采用偏置式等质径积双激振电机的自同步椭圆振动筛,其具有筛堵现象轻微、处理量大、结构简单、维护保养方便等特点。为了建立该种自同步椭圆振动筛简便实用的设计方法,考虑其在惯性区工作,略去弹簧力和阻尼力的影响,通过建立其动力学方程,导出了该振动筛实现平动椭圆运动的条件,在新型振动筛的研制中具有重要指导意义。
A self-synchronism ellipse shaker excited by double motors with ameter is introduced. It has smaller screen jam, higher treatment capacity, offset coordinate mass-semidisimpler structure, easier maintain and so on. In order to establish a simple, convenient and practical designing method for this kind of self-synchronism ellipse shaker, by taking into account of shaker running in inertia region and omitting the spring forces and damping forces, and building the dynamics equation of this shaker, the qualifications that the shaker can implement uniform ellipse motion were concluded. It has important guiding significance on developing new type vibrating screen.
