摘要
游梁式抽油机是采油工程中最主要的人工举升方式,为减少抽油机井的能耗,降低原油的开采成本,各抽油机制造厂相继研制了多种结构形式的节能抽油机。由于节能原理不同,节能效果差别很大,如何公正、合理评价节能抽油机的节能效果,是人们普遍关心的问题。文章利用水力模拟试验井,以水为介质,在相同的条件下,以偏置式抽油机为参照机,以系统效率和节电率为节能效果的评价指标,对4种节能抽油机进行了对比试验,并绘制了系统效率和节电率与油井举升高度的关系曲线。试验结果表明,双驴头抽油机节能效果最佳,其次是下偏杠铃复合平衡抽油机。根据对比结果,提出了节能抽油机选择和使用的建议。
Beam pumping unit is the main artificial lifting method in production engineering. To reduce the energy consumption of pumping unit and cut down the production costs of oil, many pumping unit manufacturers develop and manufacture kinds of structure of pumping unit. Every structure of pumping unit is different in energy-saving principle. The energy-saving result is quite different. How to evaluate justly and reasonably the energy-saving result of pumping unit is a question of general interest. Water power simulated experiment well is made use of in this paper, the water is medium, under the same condition, by reference to offset pumping unit, system efficiency and electricity-saving rate is evaluation criterion of energysaving result, a comparative test of four energy saving pumping units is made and plot relationship curve about system efficiency and electricity-saving rate relative oil well lifting height. The results of tests indicate that double-horsehead pumping unit obtain the best effect and the next is compound balance beam pumping unit with downward beam balance weight. According to the result of that comparison, suggestions are advanced about selecting and using energy-saving pumping unit.
