谐振式DC/DC变换器的无死区分析

摘要 本文分析了谐振式DC/DC变换器在滤波电感L变化时的电路特性,阐明了死区产生及效率降低的原因,给出死区与滤波电感L的依赖关系,从而得到没有死区的工作条件,为改善电路性能提供了依据.本结论有利于谐振式电能转换电路的分析、设计和改进. By analyzing the behaviors of resonant DC/DC circuit when filter inductor L changes, the working condition of the circuit in the state without dead time is derived. The conclusion drawn in this paper is valuable for the improvement of resonant inverters and the design of transducers.
