On Russian Anti-terrorism Law and Concept of Chinese Anti-terrorism Legislation

面对恐怖主义的威胁,我国在反恐立法方面迈出了步伐,但尚处于起步阶段。《俄罗斯联邦反恐怖活动法》是一部比较系统完备的反恐立法,借鉴其先进经验可以促使我国反恐立法的完善。

Faced with the threat of terrorism, Chinese has taken some steps in the field of anti- terrorism legislation. However, the legislation is only under drafting. Russian Anti-terrorism Law is a comparatively systemic and perfect act, so China can learn its progressive experience to perfect our anti terrorism legislation.
