摘要 在气管的手术切除中,存在着超限切除后无法直接吻合的问题,需用人工气管假体进行气道修复。早期的人工气管存在一些严重缺陷,导致手术失败。近年来,该领域取得了新的进展,如应用新材料和组织工程技术,为人工气管的临床应用提供了新前景。 It is difficult to perform a primary anastomosis when a pathological trachea is over-lengnthing resected. Thus the tracheal prosthesis is required to apply in the airway reconstruction. Severe defects in the early tracheal prosthesis result in failure of surgery. Great progress has been achieved in recent years as new materials and tissue-engineering techniques are applied. These efforts bring a bright future to clinical applications of tracheal prostheses.
