摘要
为缓解苯酚紧缺,进行了用三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂(MUF树脂)取代酚醛树脂生产室外级胶合板的研究。考查了三聚氰胺用量、反应工艺条件及增粘剂对MUF树脂性能的影响。抽样做胶合板耐候性试验表明,MUF树脂可取代酚醛树脂。
In order to assuage the shortage of phenol the production of outdoor-grade plywoods using the MUF resin to replace the PF resin was studied. Effect of malamine amount, reaction process condition and tackifier on MUF resin performance was investigated. Plywood weather-resistant test of radom resin sample showed that the MUF resin can replace the PF resin for plywood production.
