上开式扇形闸门箕斗卸载曲轨的动态受力分析 被引量:8

摘要 对上开式扇形闸门箕斗卸载时卸载轮与卸载曲轨之间的受力变化进行动态分析,并用LabVIEW语言编写计算程序,得到曲轨所受冲击力的动态受力曲线.通过曲线对比分析,煤对扇形闸门的压力产生的阻力矩对闸门开启阻力矩的贡献最大;降低煤与扇形闸门弧形板之间的摩擦因数,能大大减小冲击力. The stress state between the dump wheels and dump rail was dynamically analyzed and studied when the skip with up-open fan gate was dumping. The stress change curves were drew and compared by LabVIEW language programming by comparing and analyzing, it is concluded that the resitance moment portion produced by the coal press to fan gate plays a most important role among the gate opening resitance moment, the stress between the dump wheels and dump rail will reduce much with the decreasing of the friction coefficient between coal and fan gate arc board.
