海绵体平滑肌细胞的体外培养的研究 被引量:2

摘要 外生殖器(主要指雄性的阴茎,雌性的阴蒂)勃起是性生活的重要一环,海绵体平滑肌是勃起的重要因素,大多数的勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction,ED)与组织细胞的功能改变密切相关。目前的研究纷纷将海绵体平滑肌细胞(smooth musclecell,SMC)作为研究对象,进行各种分子生物学、药理学,病理学的研究,而海绵体SMC的体外培养成为首先必须解决的难关。国外和国内的许多学者已做过这方面的实验工作,并且总结出许多海绵体SMC的生物学特性,在此以阴茎海绵体组织为主,做一个简单的总结。
