摘要
用内柱体旋转法研究了不同碱度条件下炉渣中MgO含量对高炉炉渣粘度的影响,并对其影响机理进行了探讨。结果表明:在高炉冶炼温度下,随着MgO含量在一定范围内的提高,炉渣粘度有所下降,而且其下降趋势随炉渣碱度的提高而增加。
The effect of MgO content on the BF viscosity has been studied by column whirling method, and the influence mechanism had also been discussed. The results show that the slag viscosity decreases with the increase of MgO content in a definite range, and it decreases obviously with the increase of slag basicity at the BF smelting temperature.
